is America’s most widely accepted college entrance exam. The
test is designed to assess high school students’ general
educational development and their ability to complete college
level work. The ACT is a multiple-choice test that covers 4
areas: English, Math, Reading, and Science. There is also a
Writing Test, which is optional, that measures an individual’s
skill in planning and writing an essay.
